spatial design

a rather fantastic combination of white scaffolding, plush pink carpet and mirrors. almost the way someone in the 1950s would have imagined the setting for the dior spring fashion show to look in 2015.

animal

there can never be too much animal print in my mind.
my grandmother concurs, pointing out that it's so much more interesting than florals.
stella mccartney's latest collection has animal prints in spades, alongside some
wonderful pants. trop salinger it was presented at the convent of the sacred heart
on the upper east side of new york city featuring the yale alley cats
performing a cappella in tuxedos and tails.
also the terracotta and reflective surfaces in these photographs...

shortly...

there's nothing like cotton shorts.
look at these lovely poolside boxers
in check silk cotton by the ever-wonderful penny sage.
there are times when I like to nest in bed, reading, writing, watching the light and dozing.
these would be perfect, with some soft woollen socks...

start the riot

clothes with writing on them are the worst
who wants to pay to be a human billboard?
these hand-painted t-shirts are the exception.
'start the riot' t-shirts were made famous
by lithe models photographed by street-style
photographers at sydney fashion week.
but it's the messages that really matter.
good work ollie henderson!
